How does the demo & rental program work?
Pick any racket or paddle in store from our demo and rental list and take it home to test out!
How much does the demo & rental program cost?
- Daily Rate: $5 per racket or paddle (up to 4 demos).
- Weekly Rate: $20 per racket or paddle (up to 4 demos).
How can I pay for the demo or rental?
We have an easy in-store checkout process that accepts any credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay!
How long can I keep a demo or rental racket for?
We have a daily program or a weekly program (return it by the same day of the following week).
If you need more time, just contact us — extensions are possible depending on availability.
Can I rent more than one racket or paddle at a time?
Yes! You can rent up to 4 rackets or paddles at a time!
Is there a deposit required?
No, a deposit is not required, but our system uses the credit on file for pre-authorization of demo fees.
What happens if I damage or lose the demo or rental?
We understand normal wear and tear (Don't worry about breaking strings, we will take care of it with no charge!) However, if a demo is lost or returned with significant damage, you will be responsible for the cost of replacement.
Is there a late fee if I return a demo or rental late?
Daily Demos: A $5.00 late fee per day applies, up to a maximum of 4 days. After the 4th day, the item will be considered unreturned, and you may be charged the full replacement cost.
Weekly Demos: A $5.00 late fee per day applies, up to a maximum of 7 days. After the 7th day, the item will be considered unreturned, and you may be charged the full replacement cost.
What if I love the racket or paddle I tried out?
Great! If you purchase the model you demoed, we’ll credit up to $20 of your demo fees! Almost like a free trial!
