Refund policy

The Rally Shop offers a 30-day conditional return policy for New and Unused products except "Special Order", “Clearance”, or “Final Sale” items. Any "New" and "Unused" items may be returned depending on our assessment of the condition of the returned item. Items that are used, damaged, have tags and original packaging removed OR fail to meet our standards for a new product returns are not eligible for returns.

New Racket Returns:
New rackets follow the conditional return policy and must be completely New and Unused with the factory plastic wrap on the handle untampered with. Any new racket purchases that have custom selection of string and tension will not be considered "New" and will not be eligible for returns.

Stringing Service:
The Rally Shop does not offer warranty on stringing services. We reserve the right to refuse service on rackets that show signs of damage or defect. If you request your racket to be restrung outside of the manufacture recommended tension, we will not be responsible or liable for any damage caused to the racket by restringing service. All sales are final once customer accepts delivery of the racket.

Damage or Defects:
Customer must initiate a claim within 24 hours of delivery for any items that the customer deems in damaged or defective condition. Failure to report a claim within 24 hours of delivery will result in DENIAL of a damage or defective claim. Please contact support@therallyshop for any damage or defective products.

Returning Shipping Fee:
Unfortunately we are unable to provide domestic return shipping labels. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the order was received as defective or damaged. 

Shuttlecock Returns:
We do NOT accept returns for Tubes of Shuttles or Balls that have been opened or have original plastic and packaging tampered with.

Shoe Returns:
Shoes must be in New, Unused, and Unworn condition with all original tags, stickers and packaging in order to be eligible for return and full refund. All items that are not New and Unused condition are not eligible for returns.

Clearance Items:
All Clearance items are FINAL SALE. No returns or exchanges and are sold as-is without original manufacture warranty.

Apparel, Accessories and Other Returns:
Any returned items must be in New, Unused, and Unworn condition with all original tags, stickers, and packaging in order to be eligible for return and full refund. Items that are not New and Unused are not eligible for returns.

Custom Orders:
Any items with custom embroidery are not eligible for return or exchange.

International Returns:
Unfortunately we are unable to provide international return labels. The Rally Shop does NOT take responsibility for international return shipments.
